supertemp

Hi we have won one of these units in an auction and I have been messing with it at home. I was wondering if anyone else has had experience with this and the web viewer, I can view it fine with IE9 but any other browser just shows a blank screen (blank white screen, nothing at all on it). I don't mind using IE but it means we cannot view anything on the tablet we use around the house. Is this something I can fix (can i upgrade the system)?
