Hello again, I have a q-see 428 system from costco. It is all set up, I have the ip addresses set up and I can view the cameras on my home LAN and iphone. Once I am out of range of the LAN, I cannot view or access any of the system. I have a 2wire AT&T router and I am not sure of what other settings I need to make my system work from a remote computer and my iphone. Someone told me it may be a MAC address seting. Please let me know what I need to do to get on my system from my iphone and another computer? Thank you!

Hello, I have a Costco purchased QT 428. I set it up with some learning curves as I am not too savvy with electronics. Got to the point of cameras viewing on tv, and on my iphone through my wifi at home. My questions: If i walk out of range of my wifi, I cannot view the system. Why? Logged into another wifi (at Peets coffee...) same applies. Also, I cannot log into the ip at another computer (ie7). Please help.
