In case anyone was wondering themselves, I finally got a reply from Apollo Video Technology Tech Support. If a camera is starting to go bad and is flickering you will be notified every time. There is no way to limit the amount of emails because it registers a failure at every flicker.

I hope this is the correct area. I have read and re-read the RASplus User Manual and can not find how to change the frequency of email notifications. We are a transit company with several cameras on each of our buses. We want to be notified when there is a problem, just not thousands of times in a day. When a camera starts to go bad we can get up to 60,000 emails about it depending on how long it is on the street, time of day it goes out or even the day of the week it happens on. Is anyone familiar with this software and how to change how often alerts are emailed? Thanks in advance, Don
