Many thanks sir, you are a star. I suspect there is a problem with this DVR though. The instructions say - From Internet Explorer, type the IP address or domain name of your recorder in the address bar and press Enter. After this step, click on Configuration Options. I don't get Configuration Options, just links to download Network Viewer or Web Viewer. I think i'll abandon DM and try another manufacturer. Thanks for your help anyway. Cheers Bryan

Hi, Does anyone know if this DVR should be accessable from the internet? The menu has all the setup options for LAN connection but nothing for WAN such as ports etc. Have I bought a pig in a poke? Many thanks. Bryan
