Help please. DVR works w/ Quest, not with Cox

I also have the same problems. Unfortunately when I download the file you suggest above, I get am error saying it is not a valid win32 application. Also my virus checker flags it as a virus. Can anyone tell me where I can find the software I need? Thanks Dusty
