We were able to get our other DVR running the i3DVR SRX-Pro software back up after the video capture card was fried. Well now we're having a problem with the PTZ cameras. They say that the Configure is done, but when I try to actually move the camera's using the on screen controls, it does nothing. It's set up as PELCO-P SD on the two cameras, but again, I don't know what other areas I need to make sure they are set for them to work. Any help would be appreciative.
