  1. My car keeps getting vandalized, parked on the street maybe 25' in front of my house. I'd like to stick an IP camera in my window. From reading around it sounds like I want CCD over CMOS, and a 1/2" sensor. Unfortunately there's nothing I can do to improve light coverage on the street, so I'm looking for a camera with a real night mode. I keep reading "you get what you pay for", so I'm willing to invest to prevent additional thousands in damage. All I can find, though, is IP cameras with up to 1/3" CCDs, or 1/2" CCDs in analogue cameras. Am I going to be able to prove identity to a judge with a shot taken from a 1/3" CCD at night? Once this vandalism situation is resolved I may later decide to set up a permanent IP-based system with more cameras and a central DVR, so it'd be nice if the camera could take POE, be mounted outdoors, and function down to 0 degrees F - but those aren't strictly necessary. Many thanks!
