Playback delivers on the promise of 704x480. The problem is with live viewing. I called tech support and they told me their software is hard-coded to only allow 352x240. This is contradictory to what the documentation says. I think they need a software update!

I've installed my Samsung SDE-4001 system... My only issue is when viewing live feed from cameras, the resolution is only 352x240. How do I change the settings to get a higher resolution in live mode? The camera specs state 704x480. That would be nice... Thanks!
