I have finally set up my network (touch wood) but when trying to view my dvr remotely on the network it prompts me to download the active x http://www.safe-dvr.com:88/ActiveX/ActiveX_EN.exe from this link but it doesn't do anything can anyone help? Thanks

I have bought the cnm H264 1 camera kit! I have virgin superhub cannot get the internet- network working contacted virgin and was tol they couldn't help me and weren't allowed to tell me how to open the ports so I cannot get it to work I am also desperate foor help! Thanks

Hi Can anyone help me? Cannot connect this with the internet ? Had enough hassle setting it up to get an image due to missing parts and the wrong manual any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
