  1. As far as I know, you cannot flash the firmware on the cards - you have to replace the cards. Certainly with Anykeeper, they changed the software when they modified the codec, so you will get a driver error with a software version that doesnt recognise the older chipset.
  2. Anykeeper uses 9091 + ports as default

    anykeeper video problems

Some versions of AK software show the wrong model DVR - say 8 channel instead of 16. This is true with Ver 3.4 versus 4.1. If you are using 4.1 then switch to 3.4 client
  4. I have both Ver 3.4 and 4.1.1.Anykeeper software if your require it. I used to resell this DVR and know many of its' vices......in fact I have 3 left which I would love to get rid off!! Anykeeper

I have 2 versions of AK software - ver 3.4 for H261 algorithm and Ver 4.1.1 for MPEG4. [Guy's please don't offer to host downloads of software that you do not own the copyright to. It's against forum rules and against the law. -Thomas]
  6. Have you tried running Cams 1-8 on 9-16 cam inouts and then adding new cam to input 1? My Anykeepers have problems showing images on inputs 9 to 12 and I have to play around with the resolution - Cif 2CIF 4CIF.........
  7. Have your tried changing video from NTSC to PAL or other way around? Also, if you do not have 1 Volt Peak to Peak from the CCTV camera, the DVR will not display the image. Also, check the usuals like brightness and contrast and CAMERA termination
