New to CCTV Have a system in thought

Hi there, I have been lurking this forum for a couple of days now. Just learning, reading, getting ideas on a CCTV systems. I am new to CCTV but not so much in computer networking. So I just bought a 1700sqft house and the area is known to have some burglaries, so I have been looking for a camera system as a deterrent and just to have fun with as a new hobbie. Here is my system layout: Dahua ESDV-PROLINE-8 8 Channel Security W/ H.264 Compression and D1 Resolution RG59/u Coaxial Patch Cable - BNC 8CH Passive Video Balun Receiver & Power Supply Hub (VPS) Cat6 cable Eastern CCTV EV01P-VP-T Passive Video Balun CNB VCM-24VF Outdoor Dome Security Camera 2.8-10.5MM True Day/Night 600 TVL Costar CDC2500HX PTZ High Speed Fastrax III Security Camera I want to make sure I understand how this works, I would have the DVR recording motion, DVR will connect to LAN so that I could watch over LAN computers aswell as on the phone and computers outside LAN. Having a Passive Video Balun Receiver & Power Supply Hub (VPS) connected to the DVR via BNC Coaxial Patch Cable then outputing to Cat6 cable then to individual EV01P-VP-T Passive Video Baluns and connect the wires from that to the cameras. That would have video and power all in one cat6 cable via the Balun Receiver & Power Supply Hub? One thing I am not sure on is how to hook up RS485 connection for PTZ. With the model balun EV01P-VP-T, it does not look like they accept a RS485 connection. With LTS LTA1010 Pair Passive Video Balun with Power connectors on Amazon it looks like they may have two screw terminals for inputs. Either way I would not be able to have an output for RS485 on the VPS. Any ideals on how to controll a PTZ in this system setup? I have a crude diagram of the setup i want to accomplish. I am still have not made my mind up on if I want a 4Ch or 8CH system, but these are the components and system design i am thinking of. Any ideas, tips, comments, or suggestions are more than welcome. Thanks.
