How do they do the cameras at Intersections? I'm sure I can use the same method for here plus I am curious

What type of products would I need to put a few cameras on street lights? It's for a farm. I imagine they all go off wifi? Should be able to go a few kms? What kind of stuff are they using at Intersections? I usually see a couple cameras up there and an antenna. Thanks

I do. They are actually just wooden power poles with a light on top. There is 110v power trenched in to each pole run in a series.

Seen a deal for a mastercraft inspection camera. 4' snake with a magnetic end. Does anyone have one of these for running wires? Do you use it alot? How useful are they? Regular rotation tool in the bag or once a year type item? Thanks

Hi, does anyone make a nvr that can be all wired with a wireless cam as well? Would be nice for the wireless one to actually work past 50 feet. My budget is 2k maybe? (4 cams, 1 wireless, 8 ch dvr, wire) Although I'm pretty flexible with it. I'll pay for what I need. Vivotek? Acti?

Well, the issue is the camera that will be wireless will be away from the house on a post. The only option would be wireless or to trench it in. Pretty much most of the wired nvrs can have both wireless and wired tho?
