  1. Is this a braodband connection? if so did you port forward port 8013? I had the same problem and ended up installed KDNET DVR software 2.50.X then I could see recorded video only and not live. I tried for weeks using every method possible with the AnyKeeper software....
  2. From the description of your solution it sounds like you think the problem is with "Remote Desktop" that is not the case as I can view live video just fine. This issue is only with using the remote network client, and only with live video as I can see pre-recorded video just fine. Thanks for you response though
  3. When using the remote network connection in AnyKeeper 2.49.5 I can connect but cannot see a live view of connected cameras. I can use and view video when I am in the search mode only. Any ideas? Thanks in advance Jerry Well I have ended up loading the KDNET program 2.50.16 and I can now see the camera output while connected through remote desktop. I still cannot see any video using the KDNET remote program, only a black screen. I can see recorded video through the remote connection. Any help is appreciated Jerry
  4. I am using Anykeeper 2.49.5, I cannot use the 2.50 version due to a firmware issue ( not sure if that version offers email either). I would like to know if there is a way to set up an auto email when a camera is triggered. Everything is working fine both locally and via remote however, I currently have no way of knowing when a alarm is set off from motion dection. If I can find out what happens when a camera is set to record I might be able to sript an auto email. Thanks in advance Jerry I have now loaded KDNET 2.50.16 is there a known email solution for this program?
