    I need to burn a cd for the police department and I can't get the video to play in Windows media player. I downloaded the section, and camera I wanted but when I try to view it on a computer it will not play. Looks like an issue with a imm4 codec? It works fine in the remote agent software (which is how I located the clip I needed) Any suggestions or help would be great. I believe ours is the dhu508r 8 channel.
