I'm trying to remotely access my GV-800 v8.3 which is installed on a Windows 7 Ultimate box.
Locally, everything works fine. When I try to access remotely, I can log in but I am unable to see the cameras. The links are there but when I click on them, I get a black box where video should be.
Has anyone else successfully installed this product on a Windows 7 box? have you encountered this problem? If so, have you been able to solve it?
I know the hardware works as it was remotely accessable when it was installed on an XP system.
