Under the tool option in the tool bar there isn't a monitor tab all there is is a download tab and a text search tab. The Nuvico web site says the Easy Net supports wide screen resolution but doesn' tsay how to change it.

I have a tevern casino and previously had a 16 camera ATVideo Falcon DVR. At home I have a 23 inch HD monitor. When viewing at home the viewing window for each camera was filled completely. I just purchase a Nuvico 16 channel easy net DVR and now when I view the cameras at home the viewing window is not filled completely. It is a square box and has black bars on each side. My installer said it's because my screen at home is larger and the Falcon stretched the picture where as the Nuvico show exactly as the camera does. I'm not sure what kind of cameras I have or any thing but do all system cut off the picture or which DVR could I get that would act like the Falcon? I am a complete novice at the technical things.
