Hello, Im new to this forum I had a guy from what I thought was a repetible company install a Linux based standalone DVR with a titan software, my front desk was robbed and when I tried to view the recording the the system only had the prior weeks recording on it, so I restarted the system and now it only goes into a live mode option on the desktop meaning I see the cameras however I can not do anything else, Im unable to get to the settings pages. Any help would be grealty appreciated.
