    Vitek Service Awful

    robocamp posted a topic in Security Cameras

    I need some advice. I am finding Vitek's service awful. Are there any manufacturers who do direct replacement for hardware that is DOA? I have never had a manufacturer dodge taking care of business the way these guys operate. Client has been waiting almost 2 weeks for a replacement that has still not arrived. Need a new supplier.
