Brought this CCTV a few weeks ago. Set it up and worked fine until I accidentally changed the resolution via setting on the menu screen.
Monitor screen now blank and displays 'mode not supported, please reset computer resolution'.
Only problem is how can you reset / resolution / factory settings if you cannot access the menu screen.
I have looked online and it looks like you need to of set up an IP address via the menu screen to access the unit via a computer so unable to do anything here either.
Surely there must be a manual way of reseting the unit to factory settings without returning it to Maplin or CnM?
