Please help. Which camera would provide the best overall solution between an Axis Q6034E and Mobotix M12D (equipped with pan/tilt)? I'm looking for the best real time quality video for weather camera locations across the state. Will need to convert pc image to composite or sd (maybe hd) for live weather coverage. Is there a better camera (about the same price or less) available? Thanks, Randy
