How can I find the current firmware version? When I open config, I see: "Bios Version 2.608.0000.0,Build:2011-4-7" Is that it? Also, why would it work from our work computers, but not from his home computer? Thanks

I got my system set up last night that a friend/coworker of mine traded some stuff for. Here's my DVR: http://www.securitycameraworld.com/4-Ch-Real-Time-H-264-Live-Recording-DVR04N.asp I got everything set up in my router, and am able to view the feed on the LAN no problem. So, I called my friend and asked him to hit my WAN. When he did, he saw the screen shot below. He is able to log in, but the camera never shows up. However, this morning, he and I hit my WAN IP, it loads and shows up just fine. Same on his work computer. He has another system just like this, so the ActiveX control is already loaded and works fine. Why would the controls work fine for me at work, but not for him at home? It's not making any sense. Maybe somebody will recognize the image above and know what's going on. Many thanks, Neil

Just getting into monitoring my house. I have one neighbor we call "Crackie" (short for crack head). We've already caught her snooping around a few times, and her dogs run free and poop in our yard. Drives me nuts! Thanks in advance for all your help!
