I'm not sure if cctv software is the best route, so I figured I'd ask. I am planning a system build with a viewcast osprey 460e card. I need to record four cameras to four individual files with video quality and frame rate being very important. The recording would be start/stopped manually and normally only capture ~8 hours of video to be edited later. Would cctv software be able to fit the bill or should I look elsewhere or possible have something custom programmed? Thanks!
