I've recently taken over the IT for a company that uses the Alien Eko for its security cameras. For the last day, I've been trying to make the software work over the network, on the boss's Iphone and desktop. I've had no luck. I can see it on the network and think that everything is working but for whatever reason cannot connect to it.
I'm not largely experienced with these types of systems and have usually just been involved in network maintenance and programming.
I would normally contact the company that provided it, but they went into liquidation 6 months ago and we don't have much information apart from the reference number on a CD with the client software on it.
Does anyone have any experience with this system? Has anyone encountered similar sorts of problems?
