IPS CCTV

Hi there i wander if anyone can help me, i have been in the electronic security sector for a number of years but am fairly new to IP. I am trying to get the icrealtime hybrid to recognise the Acti tcm 5611 camera as i believe they are both ONVIF compliant. When i do the remote device search on the ic, it sees the IP address of the Acti and comes up with manufacture as ONVIF but will not display the mac address info and will not work. I have loaded the latest firware onto the ACTI - ACTI website says this is ONVIF compliant. I have changed the RTSP port in the ACTI to 554 to match the IC. Is anyone aware of any other ports/settings i may need to change for it to work. Any help would be much appreciated. Many Thanks
