I have been quoted on two different DVR's , 1 is a "BLACK DIAMOND XM3004 H264 4ch DVR and the other is a " Pacom PDRH 4LX. Does anyone know anything about either of these? Which one is better? Any help wpould be very much appreciated Cheers Dave

I have an external dome camera that has 860nm on board ir. it can be turned off if required. Is there anyway to know if my camera will be able to use the invisible to the eye 940nm ir? I dont want to buy one to find out it won't work.

Are all cables the same ? I have been quoted $142 for a rg59 cable for my cctv system however at most other other shops that have online stores haven them for about $50 to $60 both 30m long. Is there really that much difference in cables?
