  2. Hi, Dreamfactory....!! This is what my customer wanted.... They said they don't want somebody review those recorded files... They added that no body can be trust at the camera site and they want me to delete those files via internet. Thanks,
  3. Yes, you have to change your current IP to the new one which provided by your ISP and keep every thing still stay. When you do DMZ, your external IP will point to a specific host in your internal network. So, you can't access to your router or other hosts in your internal network while you are away from home. It's ok if you don't use other services. If it's possible, try to use port forwarding and go to http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ to check whether your port is open or not.
  4. Sure, we have no rule to say how long we can keep old file. It depend on the number of camera that you have, the capacity of HDD and the quality of your video.
  5. Hi Tomcctv, your recommended website is pretty good. However, as what Vijaygunners mentioned, nothing is free at all. So, could you tell us where we can get free DDNS or how to deal with dyndns? Thanks,
  6. I hope "ipscan" can help you to find the ip of your camera. However, you can try to connect your camera directly to your pc and give an ip to your pc in which rang that you suppose it is the rang of camera. Then use ipscan to search for your camera ip address.

  9. Hi, I don't know whether it helps you or not, did you try the button "CH" at the top? Becoz that button can drive you to which channel you want to go or how many cuts/ channels you want to see on your phone screen.
