Is there a way to kick people off the system when viewing the camera's online. Can you possibly do this with user accts? I'll be at home and want to check the camera's and one of my Managers will be online using the system and I will get the error "only one user allowed at a time" Any help out there???

Hi, I just had the same problem. With the TL you should have been provided a key to open up the Hard drive bay (Left front Side). Turn of the unit by unplugging it and then simply pull the drive straight out. You can replace the drive with SATA drive up to 4tb. Unfortunately if your old hard drive is truly dead, you will need to take it to a company like Best Buy and see if they can recover the data off the drive. This can be very expensive and they will tell you they are not guaranteeing full recovery of your data. Good Luck
