Hi i recently got promoted in my shop due to the previous manager leaving, unfortunately he left the shop in a bit of a mess and one of the first things i want to sort out is our security system.
I would like to start backing up and viewing all cctv images from now on but unfortunately the previous manager has not left the software client dvd that was given with the CCTV system.
Is there any way i can download this software?
If i copy a dvd it copies it as a .vvf file and i have no idea of any programs i can use to view this so obviously i need to find a link to the software itself. As he also took/misplaced the manual i cannot even use that.
Can anyone please post a link or a recommendation to where i can get the software and/or manual so i can start using my CCTV properly, at the moment if i had a robbery i would not know how to use my security to its full effect.
If there is any other information you need to know about my CCTV please ask.
