Hello guys, i have the same problem too with my DVR avtech 8ch KPD series. I was installed DVR 8channel KPD series for my aunt's SHOP. Right now, she is using blackberry (maybe onyx1 or 2). There is a problem. Why she can't switch to single camera 1,2,3 or 4 at eagleeyes software installed at her blackberry? She can only see split 4 camera(after login). She can't do anything with buttons at the bottom of the screen. I try install eagleeyes at my blackberry 9220 davis but i don't see her problem at my blackberry. I can switch to her camera 1,2,3,4 and back to split 4,split 8 normally. There's nothing wrong. I try installed it to her samsung galaxy tab and it's fine too. She already have 1 DVR 4channel KPD series installed at her HOME too. There is nothing wrong with that 4ch HOME DVR, she can switch it to single camera 1,2,3 and 4. So why she has a problem only at my DVR 8channel? Sorry for my english Thanks. Please reply my problem asap.
