Best IP Dome Cameras for Casino Floor

Hello I'm trying to come up with a better IP based dome camera that can will be used on a Casino floor to cover slot machines. Currently have Sony DS10 thru out the floor but the quality is terrible. Too much glare coming from the lights off the slot machines. Currently using Genetec Omnicast 4.6 version. Can someone help me out with this? Thanks.
