kt7008 dvr H.264 increasing resolution for mobile viewing

hello i need to increase resolution to this dvr for mobile streaming! i have telnet control . i need to know where is the config file for the streaming this dvr streams at 176X144 ,10 fps and 96 bit rate i need 352X288, 5 fps and 64 bit rate (this i have on my home dvr) AND IF ITS POSSIBLE TO SEE THE DVR FROM SAFARI OR OTHER BROWSER EXCEPTING INTERNET EXPLORER PLEASE HELP MANY MANY THANKS IN ADVANCE
