The cameras hgave been up about a month and started failing at 3-4 weeks - we have had 7 fail from 16 in the last 2 weeks! My customer is not happy...
A few thoughts re this problem:
-Is there a preference to run on 24VAC or 12VDC?
-Could there be an issue with the length of coax and power cable…up to 80m
-Could there be an issue with shielding of the cabling if it is running next to 240volt cable
-The cameras have a lux adjustment. When the lense is covered on the failed ones it swiches as if adjusting for the light… So the sensor is working but no video...
Any ideas?
