I have Interllex DVRs at my store. My PTZ's are Pelco Spectre IV. When I plug my PTZ's into the DVR, everything is fine. I can move the PTZ's with ease. However, when I run a video out coax to another call up monitor, the PTZ's become frozen. Has anyone ever run into this? In all my years I have never had this issue.
