We sold several systems of Alnet NS4 with Mobotix MX-M12D-Sec-LPF cameras. We checked Alnet's list of supported IP cameras and even asked Alnet's confirmation by email before making the deal. However, we noticed while assembly that recording is possible only app. one frame/second. We are loosing our customer and a lot of money. Alnet's customer service is passive, they are not interested in solving the problem in their system. Any ideas what to do ?
