IBC_Central

Hi. Ok this question might seem kinda lame but I kinda really dont know how to sort it out. I've a Monitoring Center and we just started to use Aver Hybrid DVR's , and right on the first connection I've a problem , at the remote site is all set correctly ( at least I think it is ) but I cant run it on CM3000 .... At the remote site I did open the ports 8080 and 5557 in the router but still no connection .. Can anyone help? Many Thanks
