The camera stamp on the GPS also records the location data and speed, the vehicle location can then be located on Google maps or other feature like accident reports can be viewed or printed using the software provided with the Vehicle GPS camera.

Something like a covert camera would work, there are many different variations of these, the one I would recommend is a covert digital alarm clock, they have a built in spy camera that works well in good lighting conditions and are practically designed for these instances of remote operations for anti-theft and evidence collection.
