I understand what you say Danny, but the presentation clearly says "Gaps at random times". Random is not the same as you say... Anyway Pelco is trying to downgrade to Endura 2.1 to solve the problems. Looks like they took version 2.2 out due to some of those problems.

That should only happen in your backup pool, its happening in your normal storage? That isn't normal. Yes, unfortunately it is happening in the normal storage.

I am working with a 300+ Pelco camera system using Endura. The recording system is suffering from occasional random recording gaps, that according to Pelco is something known. There is this 2009 presentation http://www.ilasales.com/images/All_Endura_Read-Only_.pdf (refer to pag 25) where is states that it is a side affect from new file system. The problem is that those recording gaps are getting longer and longer as time goes by, now reaching very few minutes and that means too much information being lost. Am I the only one seeing that? Anyone else getting those recording gaps of many minutes? Thanks
