duhhhhh what was i thinking had a brain fart.. well the question is finding the correct remote for my eyemax gd04 and software. i ve tried both indgo, and best guard but they both keep refering back to each other. sorry about that last duhhh post. thanks Bill

hello all new guy here: i have been using DVR'S for some years and have worked threw many problems, but this one needs more help. i have been trying to find a correct replacement remote and software for one of our dvr's. its a EYEMAX GD04 pretty simple. well ive contacted indgo, bestguard and have gotten no were one refer's me back to the other every time. any help is greatly appreciated k8bleguy, mn and 73's

hello all i have been trying for some time to find out how to either reset a eyemax dvr or find a remote control for it. and i ve asked and google every way i can think of to get some were. i have think found the software after a employee left us without the password and remote, bestguard which supports them can not tell me were to find a remote ??????????????? so i am hoping someone here will read this and maybe give me more info. its a eyemax GD04 made in korea. thank you all in advance for any info
