i'm new to this forum so hope i'm in the right place
i'm trying to access my svat cv0204dvr (which is located in my office) from my home computer
but i'm having problems
my office router is D-Link DI-524
i've done everything the site tells me to

the problem i have is
i can view the cameras from any computer in my office using the dvr ip address
but not from home
i also cant access my external ip from office. it says "user login failed...access denied"
i checked port 80 using several tools and they tell me that it is Closed
can anybody help me out??
