I've recently purchased the above due to some tagger going around etching into my glass. It does not see through the glass; it sees only the reflection. I need it to see through the glass so that if a tagger etches my windows (again) I can take the footage to the police. Is there a way of getting the cameras to work? I have tinkered with the brightness and contrast settings to no avail. The human eye has no trouble seeing through the glass. I hope someone can help.
