hi i need advice on how to factory reset my isentry mini ip camera from it's chipboard

i am having a issue getting my nvr to get access to the internet everything was all working fine but has just stopped working for some strange reason checked the port forwarding settings in the router and all is fine

i have just recently added a new dahua ip camera to my dahua nvr all the 8 cameras are set to 37777 but the new camera keeps assigning to a individual port number port 8 so i can't modify it a different channel on my nvr see screenshot

i have smart pss i can log into the nvr via web browser but does the camera have to be directly pluged in

i have a SD59220T-HN dauha ptz camera connected to a dahua nvr via cat5 which powers and controls the camera but i can't access the cameras internal menu

all sorted nowjust re installed the pss

Hi there i have a 8CH AVTECH DVR KPD677 it has a female 9pin I/O on the back but not a rs485 terminal how would i connect the rs485 cable from the ptz camera to the dvr.. many thanks
