I attempted to upgrade the software on my h8118UV DVR tonight from the files on their website at this link: http://kb.zmodo.com/category.php?id=33 The upgrade appeared to install successfully, however, after the DVR rebooted and came back online, every camera pane showed a black screen instead of an actual image. I reset all defaults and it's still doing the same thing. Was this the wrong software package? Any ideas?
