Did you solve this problem? I have the same exact issue. It times up and freezes after 20 seconds on IP cameras, but I can log into the DVR and view the video on the internet fine. I thought it had something to do with the refresh of the monitor etc. but now I'm certain it's network related..... It worked on my home network.. but not at the install site... Helppp
