    KCM-5611 poor low light performance

I have attached a pic. The camera is using POE as a power source and the IR is on. I have tried various shutter speeds and settings, there may be some type of magic combo of all the settings I could be missing.
  3. I have read all of the positive reviews on the KCM-5611 low light performance and recently bought one. I have set it up aimed at a drive way which is about 40 feet from the camera, and the performance under ir is terrible. Very blocky and noises images. During the day, the picture could not be any better. There is a street light nearby which provides a little ambient light but nothing else. Any ideas on settings to help get a better picture?

    Where to buy ACTI kcm5611

Looking for a suggestion on where to buy ACTI Kim-5611. Seems like all the folks selling online have terrible reviews or do not have any stock. Looking to get one ASAP. Thanks for any suggestions!
  5. IR camera I am looking for a long-range outdoor IR camera for a distance of 40-70 ft (preferably POE). I would like to stay under $1000 for the camera. Where I live there is a decent amount of vandalism at nighttime so I would like to get images worthwhile. DVR I currently have 2 Axis M3114’s at each of my doors. They are configured to FTP stills to my PC and email an image. I would like to replace the PC portion with a proper DVR. DVR would need to work with the 2 access cams as well as whatever the suggested camera from the question above. Would like to stay under $1000 for the DVR as well. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
