  1. hi , i had the same problem in the beginning and was pulling my hair out , then i tried to view the dvr using a different FREE 'remote viewing APP' not the reccomended one from the supplier, it worked for me and i now use diffferent apps for different systems, also make sure you have the 'factory default' selected ports open, most systems need 3 open but in my experience not all ports are shown open when checking CANUSEEME but 2 are and all works well good luck
  2. hi can any 1 help im looking for a supplier of cctv equiptment able to suppy to spain. we have tried a few diffrrent suppliers (no names) but had a terrible after sales service with each 1 any reccomadations please we supply and fit dirffferent systems of cctv, security alarms, and satellite tv to the domestic and commercial industries many thanx

    finally i got it sust! i found out the reccomended remote viewing software which for me is MEYE and happy days it working fine thanx for suggestions

    ok dvr model r9508s h.264 using ie browser using gdmss lite , and iapollo operating system ip is set in dvr i can view on internal ip ports have been confirmed open via canuseeme and portforwarding

    hi guys please help i have recently installed a 4camera system with dvr at my house , have worked out how to open required ports i have my dvr address in dmz, but cannot reach the dvr remotly, what am i not doing correctly, any advice would be greatly apprieciated thanx
