This problem occured ,since the first time i started the program.The strange thing is ,that i tried it on two other computers ,and it happens the same to them.

Does anyone have any suggestions ?

The DVR is "iCatch". I dont have any other problems,only this.When i watch the cameras for a while the picture disappears ,and only the blue screen stays...Here's a pic

I have a problem with my DVR Remote Desktop program.Everytime i start it ,im able to watch the cameras in my store for about 5-10 minutes,then the picture disappears and only a blue screen is showing...I need to restart my PC so the program to work again,but its pretty annoying to restart 50 times a day...I'll be glad if someone helps.
