Hi all, I purchased one of these cheap cards which is perfect for my simple needs: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-8-CHANNEL-120fps-4AUDIO-TVout-H-264-PCI-VIDEO-CAPTURE-CCTV-SECURITY-DVR-CARD-/390435100358?pt=UK_Computing_Video_Capture_TV_Tuner_Cards&hash=item5ae7bed6c6 I know these cards are deemed cheap and nasty by most of you pros but my requirement from day 1 was the following: PCI based (no PCI-E), 8 channels with TV-out and capable of D1. After looking around I could not find one which matched the above spec by a "respected brand", which is what led me to buy the above. The drivers and software run without issue. However, I have a certain USB based peripheral which misbehaves when the CCTV software is running and would like to test other software. I know it could be a hardware incompatibility/interference issue between the PCI CCTV card and my USB peripheral too. If there is no alternative software then I will probably have to try out other cards soon as the peripheral is more important. Please suggest some alternative software I could perhaps try out on a trial basis first. Thanks
