i have a used intellex dv16000 installed with adt security system. when the system boots it results in an endless loop. it never boots. can someone advise how to fix this problem. also every few days i hear i high pitch sound from the recorder. is this normal. also if someone can explain once the software boots how to exit to the windows screen in order to change pc ip address and dns settings.
