I hate to add a me too to this, but I am going through the same hell. Already emailed the ever helpful Aver Surveillance site which came back with Admin 111111. I mean seriously, my cat could give me a better response. I bounced that back to them two days ago seeking PIN generation for the Admin@0000 login and have received no help. --Thanks for any help possible Fimware version is 3.04.08.00.07 Tried all same combos as above and battery etc. --Mike
