hello i had the same problem. contact with bosch service. service should you send new frontpanel. that could be incompatibility version firmware frontapanel with dvr firmware or no booting program on frontpanel. i'm not a technician or programmer and i could be wrong but you try get new frontapanel. it may also be that your divar is brick and replace front panel not solve the problem. good luck

Bosch NDC-274-P has CMOS 1/2,7". This camera is from economy line in Bosch. I don't recommend use this camera in lowlight location. If you are looking for high perfomance camera in lowlight mode than check new Bosch "starlight" camera NDN-733V02-P. I'm think that price will be comparable to AXIS P3364. The resolution is not only the most important parameter. Equally important are streaming bandwidth, frames per second and lowlight perfomances and IR cut in Day/Night cameras.

Bosch VideoJet X40 XF E if You want good quality for 700TVL cameras. This encoder support CF card recordings and than You can use BVC for live view and play recordings from camera for free. Price is higher but You have low power solution and You can use Adaptive Bit Rate encoding and transcoding for remote replay. These features are amazing. I saw ABR encoding in action.

Samsung ip cameras It's working but... You must stop recordings on sd card ( www access to camera) and than power off camera and take sd card. Play recordings PC windows 7/xp with SD Player from Samsung. Bosch ip cameras With firmware 5.52 and 5.60 it is not working with BVC 1.4 SR1 (Export Player) . I'm not test fw 5.70 play recordings only from sd card. Cameras with fw 5.70 have Dropbox export and now it's working ok. You must set up motion detection or trigger in camera and than You can download video recordings from Dropbox at the home and play on PC.

Check this models: SRD-1640 (economy model, stream only CIF) SRD-1652 (economy model, stream only CIF) SRD-1650 SRD-1670 (realtime full D1) SRD-1653 (new, 960H) SRD-1673 (new, 960H, realtime full WD1) I know that Dahua DVR have live view mobile application for free (iDMSS or gDMSS) but I'm not tested new feauture PlayBack recordings and I don't know that PlayBack is for free. If other companies have mobile application for play recordings for free from their DVR please guys send information in new topic.
